"Get IT Done" Award
Today Brad received an award from his boss and co-workers. He was awarded the Get IT Done award for outstanding performance and lasting contribution on SSL VPN & VCT (Video Tele-conferencing).
The reasons his boss and co-workers nominated him for the award: "He's worked tirelessly to get the SSL VPN deployed, addressing individual concerns to make sure it's a solution that works across the board.", "He still found time to run the VTC project, and the rest of his network duties.", "Brad has been instrumental in the deployment of the new video conference system. He has worked from the earliest mornings to the latest nights to deploy the new system.", "He has been working very hard on implementing the new video conferencing system and VPN solution. He comes in ver early and still attends or dials in for Singapore meetings in the evenings."
I am so proud of you Brad!!! Congratulations!!!!
The Dentist Office
We went to the Pediatric Dentist this morning to get all three of the kids 6 month check-ups. No one needed x-rays this time; so just a cleaning, brushing, polishing, and visual check from the dentist.
Ted and Alex did great, just like they always do, and they are both cavity free and I was told they are GREAT brushers!!! The lady that worked on Ted said that he was so quiet and easy to work with and the dentist said everything looked good, but his mouth is VERY crowded and next visit he would be referring us to an Orthodontist (we knew this was coming). The lady that worked on Alex said that he was so funny, cute and cooperative (she was laughing almost the whole time) and the dentist said everything looked good and Alex should be loosing some teeth in the near future.
This was Sierra's first time for a check-up and she did wonderfully. She wanted to be like her big brothers and watch tv, so she laid down in the chair and watched it. The dentist was able to look at her teeth, cleaning them and put some "vitamin stuff" on them! She opened her mouth and left it open for him the WHOLE TIME!!!! He said that her 8 teeth look great and he could feel 4 more ready to come in. She did great!
I LOVE our dentist and his whole staff is great!

He is looking at me
The following is a conversation that recently happened in the car:
Alex (in the back seat by himself): "Mommy!! He is looking at me!"
Me: "Who?"
Alex: "Him"
Me: : "Honey, I don't know who you are talking about"
Alex: "It is the Geico money guy, Mommy. And he is looking at me!!!" Followed by hysterical laughter.
Me: Laughing so hard I almost cried!
The funny things kids say!
