Sierra's First Hair Cut

Sierra asked for a hair cut today. Can you tell she is excited? She

is yelling "HAIR CUT HAIR CUT!!!!"

The first cut.....

All done, not much shorter but lighter because of layers, so definitely more curls! We only took an inch off the bottom up to three inches at the highest layer. It looks so much healthier, curler and lighter. And best of all Sierra loves it!

The Hair Cut

I finally cut my hair!! It was so long, down past my waist. It was so heavy and hard to do anything with, it took almost an hour just to dry. I finally had enough! I called the salon at 10:40am, they had an opening at 11am, so I ran out the door and made it just in time. The first cut was 10 1/2 inches that I donate to Locks 4 Love. Kelsey, the stylist, took even more off after. I think the back is the shortest I have ever had it! I love it!!!

Happy Thanksgiving

Brad, Alex, Sierra and I went over to Shari and Garrison's house for Thanksgiving. Shari cooked a fabulous feast; turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing, marshmallow yams, glazed carrots, green beans, cranberry sauce, a FIVE different desserts!!! While Shari, Abbey and I did all the last minute things, Brad and Garrison went outside with all the kids and made a snowman. It was a great day!

Wine Tasting Party

Shari (one of my best friends) and I threw a party for one of our best friends, Andra, for her 40th birthday. We had a wine tasting and food pairing party. Shari and I cooked, baked, shopped and searched the internet for wine, food, cheese and chocolates for the party. It was so much fun!

Brad's Yellow Belt Test

Brad took his yellow belt test today and passed!

Fire in the Fireplace

The kids cannot get enough of the fire. They all are asking for a fire in the fireplace. Then they will spend hours in front of it. Very nice and warm!

Not bad, not bad at all considering we all forgot that the day the pictures were taken was picture day at school. We got them home today and I was really surprised at how good the boys looked. I just think it is funny that they wore their matching shirts that day.
