Praying Mantises

This year we bought a praying mantis egg. Once it was hot enough the mantises hatch. Well today was the DAY! We had over a hundred praying manitses hatch. We had to realease them quickly because they will fight and eat each other. So we took them outside and released all but one.

*Update* The crickets we got to feed the mantis, ATE our mantis. So now we don't have a mantis anymore.

Ted made me an incredible MY MOM A TO Z book at school. I think it might be my favorite present from him, ever!

Sierra made me a card and candle holder at preschool and another card for me at home

Alex made me a second card, so I had something to open on Mother's Day

I just wanted one nice picture of me and the kids....

Alex was sick on Friday and didn't go to school, so he couldn't get my gift until Monday. So I opened his present to me Monday after school.
