A Warm Enough Day

It was just warm enough to pull out the slip-in-slide. The kids had goose bumps and blue lips by the end of it, but they had so much fun!!!

Praying Mantises

This year we bought a praying mantis egg. Once it was hot enough the mantises hatch. Well today was the DAY! We had over a hundred praying manitses hatch. We had to realease them quickly because they will fight and eat each other. So we took them outside and released all but one.

*Update* The crickets we got to feed the mantis, ATE our mantis. So now we don't have a mantis anymore.
